Eligibility:- Education Qualifications:- 10+2/equivalent (Minimum 60% of Aggregate marks in any stream and Minimum 50% marks in English)
Note: Percentage of the Aggregate marks will be calculated by considering the marks scored in English subject plus the marks scored in Major Subjects
Course:- M.Sc (Commercial Shipping and Logistics)–
Duration -2 years
Locations:- Mumbai & Chennai Campuses 30+30 seats
Eligibility:-
Category-I:
A Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with minimum of 50% marks from recognized universities and minimum of 50% marks in English subject in 10th / 12th / UG Degree.Candidates under this category must appear for the IMU’s Common Entrance Test (CET) and qualify in order to be eligible for admission to this Programme.
Category-II:
50% of seats in each IMU Campus where M.Sc (Commercial Shipping & Logistics) is being offered shall be reserved for seafarers with Master (FG) Certificate of Competency or
MEO Class I Certificate of Competency. There will be no CET for Category-II candidates.
Course:- M.Tech (Marine Technology and Management)
Duration :-2 years
Locations:- IMU Kolkata campus
Eligibility:- BE/B.Tech in Marine Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering/ Naval Architecture
with at least 60% marks from a recognized University.
OR
Associate Member of Institution of Engineers Part A and B in Mechanical Engineering with at least 60% marks (by examination).
OR
MEO Class I Certificate of Competency.
Note: Candidates with prescribed GATE/GRE Scores are exempted from IMU’s CET.
